Working with the PARS staff was amazing from start to finish!  They quickly scheduled a time to come out to see the needs and determine next steps.  They ensured that the diagnostic made sense to me and the service tech and staff member who provided me a quote took their time explaining all aspects to me.  The service was completed perfectly! They were on time and very professional. They were able to fix the issue and provided recommendations for the future. I found it a bit expensive but to be fair I didn't research prices so I could be wrong.
